Button filters are not displayed in text format configuration page

Hi , I have purchased and started useing theme in my site, but when i enabled shortcodes i dont see button shortcode as shown in attachment

Did you change anything inside dexp_shortcodes module? Could you send us your URL and FTP account for checking? our support email is [email protected]. Thanks!

Please also check the register/login block at top right , it just shows 'login ' option , it doesnt show the 'register '
