Need to display BREADCRUMB in the right format

Example : Home > About Us > Company> Careers  
 
                  should actually show like :  Home > About Us > Company> Careers  

we are unable to display in right format with last breadcrumb not being hyperlinked (Careers)

Please explain method to resolve this issue. we are working on Creativ Business Theme - Themeforest
