Bottom 1st, 2nd 3rd and 4th blocks are distorted

i have installed the demo site on local server, it works fine but when i uploaded it to my hosting account on bluehost, the bottom 4 blocks are distorted. i updated php version to 5.6 on my hosting account and drupal core to version 7.41 but still no improvement in the display of those 4 blocks.

Also the 3d testimonials slider sometime stops rotating and is stuck on just one image.
