Best practice for supporting IE8?

I'm using Splash on a site that has global visitors, many of which are still using WinXP and therefore IE8. What is the best way to accomplish browser compatibility with IE8? Or is it possible? I'm assuming CSS3 is not compatible at all, but is there a reasonably easy "patch" that will make DrupalExp menus and css columns render correctly. Thanks, Dan
Hi Dan, We are using Bootstrap 3, HTML5 and CSS3 for this theme. So it's does not support for IE8. You can try to install this module https://www.drupal.org/project/respondjs but it's not fully resolve 100% problem. Thank you.
Will try using the module. It's gotta work in IE8! :-(
