admin/structure/menu/manage/main-menu add link not working

I just installed Splash and I am now setting up the theme for use with an existing site. I notice that no main menu is displayed and when I go to: admin/structure/menu/manage/main-menu 'add link' I get the white screen of death. Can someone point me into the right direction? Thanks

The installation of this software for an existing site is mind boggling... and does not work. I got no reply on my message. $48 down the drain.

Does system show any error message? The menu module is drupal core module.have you tried this point with other site on your server? Thanks.

I have backed out the Splash installation. You cannot be serious about sending the admin account + FTP; this is against all security policies. Do you have a money-back guarantee?
