Adjustments to site Logo in Evolve Theme

Hi everyone,

We have the Evolve theme and we have changed the logo to our own.  This logo basically combines two logos in one.  It's dimensions are 100px by 200px.  So one side is our 100x100 university logo and the other is a 100x100 department name.

Is there a way to split this logo into two?  So that the university logo goes to the main university site and the department name goes to the department (DrupalExp Evolve) site?

Looking for ideas on how to do this.
