adding link to box shortcode

Is there a way to add a link to an entire shortcode box? For example on http://demo.themesvision.com/drupal/jollyness/content/home-variation-3 directly below the rotating slideshow there are 3 blocks (create an account, submit your works, earn money). When I mouse-over the box the icon at the top changes color. Is there a way to add a link without just adding it in the text?

You can add link or anything else inside the box. because we you editor to put the tex so you can edit it then put link as you want to the box. Cheers.
